When you contact Cakes2party it is important that I have as much information as possible in order to fulfill your requirements. See below for the information required.

Please note a non refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking.

Collection and Travelling with your cake

Tips for keeping your cake safe

Collecting your cake.

Collection Times are from 10am -5pm Monday to Friday and 10- 12 on a Saturday. When arranging a pick up time it is important to keep to the allotted times as rearranging times may incur a surcharge.

Travelling with your cake.

You have paid a lot of money for your celebration cake so you will want it to arrive safely to your home or venue. I advise everyone to put their cake in the boot or the car, this is the best place for it as it's usually nice and level. Carry the cake with both hands beneath the box. Drive carefully watching out for speed bumps! Do not refridgerate your cake but do keep in a cool dry room away from direct sunlight. cakes2party is not responsible for any damage to the cake once it has left our premises. Wedding cakes can be delivered and setup by me. Charges may apply.
